Prof. Dr. Martin Hilb

Martin Hilb is founder of the Board Foundation and its Swiss Institute of Directors, its Swiss Board School, its International Female Board Pool, and its International Center for Corporate Governance where he is Managing Partner of more than 100 Fellows from 31 countries.

He was Chair of the Policy Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of GNDI. Furthermore, he was Chair of the Swiss Youth Research Foundation and the Board of Governors of the University of Lucerne.

Martin was teaching at the University of St. Gallen, the Singapore Management University,  the University of Dallas/Texas, the University of Toronto, and the EIASM in Brussels. He has consulted organizations in the area of Board Effectiveness and HRM in more than 60 countries.
