You have seen all the headlines, and most have certainly already played a little with ChatGPT or any of the other new applications that spark curiosity and excitement. AI is on many board agendas today – but as Board Directors who might not be technical experts and understand the workings of these tools, how do you provide guidance on this technology for your company?

Anja Lagodny, Chair of the International Board Chapter, former Chief Digital Officer, Executive in Residence at IMD, and Digital Transformation Advisor and Coach for Boards, will share and discuss some practical tips on how to get started on this journey and how other companies have approached this topic.
