Anja Lagodny

Anja Lagodny is a senior business and technology executive driving the digital and growth agenda at several major global consumer goods and technology companies. She is an Executive in Residence at IMD, where she guest lectures, supports research projects, and contributes to articles.

She chairs the International Board Chapter of the Swiss Institute of Directors and teaches at the Swiss Board School.

Her career spans more than two decades and includes leadership roles in digitalization at Japan Tobacco International, Carlsberg Group, Mondolez, Microsoft, and Nestlé.
