IMP-HSG, Universität St.Gallen

The Institute for Systemic Management and Public Governance at the University of St. Gallen (IMP-HSG) is a research and education center dedicated to the study of systemic management and public governance. Established within the university’s School of Management, the institute focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to address complex challenges in governance. Through its research projects, teaching programs, and knowledge exchange initiatives, the institute explores innovative strategies, methodologies, and tools for effective public governance and management. It aims to develop future leaders and professionals equipped with the skills to navigate the intricacies of public administration and foster sustainable and inclusive governance practices.

IMP-HSG is an Education Partner of the Swiss Board School for several German-speaking programs and the International Board Certificate program.
