Prof. Dr. Kuno Schedler

Kuno Schedler is Professor of Public Management at the University of St. Gallen and a member of the program management of the Swiss Board School. He is particularly interested in the human side of corporate governance – that is, social processes in organizations, the impact of structures on behavior, and the question of how an organization can be optimally managed.

Kuno has been a member of the Board of Directors and Trustees of various organizations. He has been involved as a researcher and consultant in several projects of public organizations since 1993. Almost all of them ultimately had a fundamental governance issue that needed to be addressed.
