European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa)

The European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa) is an organization that represents directors and corporate governance professionals across Europe. Established in 2004, ecoDa aims to promote best practices in corporate governance, enhance the role and effectiveness of boards, and advocate for the interests of directors at the European level. The organization fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange among its member associations, facilitates dialogue with policymakers, and provides a platform for sharing insights and experiences on governance matters. ecoDa plays a crucial role in shaping European corporate governance standards, influencing policy developments, and advancing the professionalism of directors throughout the region.
