Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI)

The Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) is a collaborative network that connects directors and corporate governance organizations from around the world. Established in 2004, GNDI aims to promote and enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of directors globally. It serves as a platform for sharing best practices, knowledge, and resources in corporate governance. GNDI facilitates international dialogue, organizes conferences and events, and provides opportunities for directors to connect and learn from one another. The Swiss Institute of Directors is the Swiss representative of GNDI.
