European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI)
The European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering research and dialogue on corporate governance issues. Founded in 2002, the ECGI brings together academics, practitioners, and policymakers to promote and disseminate high-quality research and best practices in corporate governance. The institute conducts research, organizes conferences and workshops, and publishes academic papers and reports to contribute to the understanding and advancement of corporate governance. ECGI serves as a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange, facilitating discussions on key governance topics and promoting effective governance structures and practices across Europe and beyond.
ECGI is a Knowledge Partner of the International Center for Corporate Governance.
