Successful Graduation of the International Board Certificate Cohort 22/23

23 board chairs and board members successfully completed the first International Board Certificate Program of the Swiss Board School in cooperation with the IMP of the University of St. Gallen and the HEC of the University of Lausanne on November 4, 2023.

The program aims to empower board leaders working in an international context and organizations. The eight modules covered all dimensions of corporate governance in an international context and provided a comparative framework for acting as an effective board chair or board member in the world’s major markets. The second edition of the International Board Certificate Program starts in January 2024.

The graduation ceremony took place in St. Gallen and included speeches by the Chair of the Board Foundation, Michael Hilb, and Professor Oliver Gassmann, Head of the Institute of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen and Vice Chair of the Zühlke Group, as well as a musical performance by Nicolas Senn.
