A Tribute to Martin Hilb
At the Swiss Board Day 2023 in Bern, Martin Hilb was honored for his decade-long contribution to the further development of corporate governance in Switzerland. 10 years after the establishment of the Board Foundation and 20 years after the initiation of the Swiss Board School, Martin Hilb handed over the reins to Michael Hilb.
Companions from across the globe, i.e. Mervyn E. King, Béatrice Richez-Baum, Paul W. Chan, David Beatty, Tomas Casas, Doris Fiala, Nils Jent, Harry Korine, Monica Duca Widmer, and David P. Frick (in order of appearance), transmitted video messages of greeting and thanked Martin Hilb for his many years of appreciative collaboration. Ceremonial speeches on Martin Hilb’s work and a musical interlude by Kuno Schedler rounded off the tribute.
The entire team and the 250 attendees wished Martin Hilb all the best and continued energy and entrepreneurial flair.
