Program Structure

Defining the Board Chair Challenges

  • Board chairs face fundamental strategic and leadership challenges. On Day 1 , the participants identify and discuss these challenges based on state-of-the-art evidence and experience.

Navigating the Board Chair Challenges

  • On Day 2, the participants set an individual board chair agenda to tackle their challenges. They profit from intensive coaching and peer learning.

Growing from the Board Chair Challenges

  • On th follow-up session, the participants share and reflect on their change efforts, actions, and results. They will also deep dive into their future (transformation) priorities.
