Swiss Board Diploma

We work in a rapidly changing market, grow in a dynamic environment and focus on the short and long-term future at the same time. Today’s Board of Directors is confronted with a multitude of complex tasks.

As chair or member of the Board of Directors, you manage and steer companies or organizations in close cooperation with the Executive Board and successfully influence growth and change.

Dealing with current opportunities and challenges such as AI or geopolitics is just as much an indispensable task of a Board of Directors as rethinking and further developing the strategic, financial, organizational, preventive and relational business aspects of the organization.
