Prof. Dr. Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen
Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen is a lawyer and a Titular Professor at the School of Economics and Management at the University of Geneva, where she lectures on corporate law. She is Of Counsel with the law firm Niederer Kraft Frey and Vice-Chair of the Swiss Board Institute and the Board of Directors of Banco Santander International. She is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Baloise Group and Ina Invest Holding.
She is also Member of the Board of Trustees of the Stiftung FER and the Board of Governors of the Swiss Institute of Directors. Marie-Noëlle has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate law and is a recognized expert in corporate governance. She is the author/co-author of numerous publications, including the reference book Le Conseil d’administration and is regularly invited as a speaker on corporate governance matters.
Marie-Noëlle holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Philosophy.
