Regula Wallimann

Regula Wallimann is a lecturer at the Swiss Board School and serves on the boards of several listed and privately held companies, including Adecco Group, Straumann Group, Clariant and Swissport. In a number of these roles, she chairs Audit and Risk Committees and supports organisations in matters related to financial reporting, governance and risk oversight. Prior to her board career, Regula spent many years as a Global Lead Partner at KPMG.

Regula holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.
