Dr. Nina Spielmann

Nina Spielmann is a senior expert on board-related topics for McKinsey & Company Inc. in Zurich. Nina specializes on board of director related and broader corporate governance themes including board strategy, board effectiveness or overall governance design across different industries globally. She leads different research efforts on board effectiveness topics, is a visiting lecturer at the University of St. Gallen on board governance and does facilitate some of the board director trainings.

She holds a PhD in International Corporate Governance from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland, and a double master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and CEMS MIM from the University of St.Gallen and Helsinki School of Economics. Before joining McKinsey & Company she worked for different banks in Switzerland and abroad.
