Dr. Thomas Sieber

Thomas Sieber is a board member, board advisor, and university lecturer. He recently published a book on Navigating the Human Side of Boardroom Interactions. He chairs the People & Organization Board Chapter of the Swiss Institute of Directors and teaches at the Swiss Board School.

Thomas was a member of the Corporate Executive Committee of Baloise for more than ten years, where he was responsible for strategy, human resources, M&A, legal and corporate governance. Prior to that, he was General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors and worked for Siemens, Landis & Gyr, and Lenz & Staehelin.

He studied law at the University of St. Gallen, where he also obtained his doctorate. Thomas is admitted to the Zurich bar and holds an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD.
