Prof. Dr. Guido Palazzo

Guido Palazzo is Professor of Business Ethics at the Faculty of business and economics at the University of Lausanne. He teaches and does research on the mechanisms of (un)ethical decision making in organizations.

He has worked with numerous boards and executive teams of multinational corporations in Europe, the USA and Asia on ethics and sustainability related challenges.

Guido studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Worms and the University of Bamberg as well as philosophy at the University of Bamberg. He obtained his PhD in political philosophy from the University of Marburg.
