Dr. Jérôme Monnier
As Director of the Swiss Board School and the Swiss Institute of Directors in French-speaking Switzerland, Jérôme leads the board program and events in the Romandy. He has initiated and greatly expanded the activities of the Board Foundation in Lausanne since 2014.
Jérôme Monnier is Founder and CEO of Positive Organization. He has 20 years of experience as a board member, currently with Mercy Ships Global and Jubilee Foundation. He is chair of Chrysalis Swiss Trauma Care, together with his wife Anna.
He has 25 years of experience in leadership development and assessments. He held senior positions in human resources management and management development at Zurich Financial and Cargill International before founding his consulting practice in 2005. Jérôme studied at the Universities of Lausanne, Regent University, and the University of St.Gallen.
