Dr. Paola La Pietra
Paola is responsible for the further development of the Swiss Institute of Directors (SIoD) communities and its activities in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland.
After completing her PhD at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with a thesis on discrimination law and the implementation of the EU Directive, Paola worked at the University of Bayreuth and Erlangen.
She then moved to the healthcare industry, where she was responsible for clinical affairs and scientific communities at a leading international dental health company, ensuring effective collaboration between companies and clients.
