Prof. Dr. Harry Korine
Harry Korine teaches corporate governance and strategy at the London Business School, INSEAD and the University of St. Gallen. As a professor, independent consultant, and workshop facilitator for senior teams, he engages with owners, board members, and executives to address questions of leadership and value generation.
Areas of particular expertise include board structuring, succession planning, shareholder advice, strategy development, and partnership management. His writing has been published widely and includes articles in the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, and Neue Zürcher Zeitung, as well as scientific papers, company case studies and books for a professional audience.
He has held assistant Professorships on the faculties of the London Business School and the Pennsylvania State University, been an adjunct professor at INSEAD, served on the boards of and an asset management company and a professional networking start-up and worked at JP Morgan.
