Nathalie Follonier

Nathalie Follonier has been a member of the executive management team at Vaudoise Assurances and its General Secretary since 2007. She holds a law degree, a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Finance and Accounting for Legal Professionals, and a federal certificate in Public Relations, and has extensive experience in corporate governance, corporate communications, and compliance.

As Secretary to the Group’s Boards of Directors, she coordinates relations with supervisory bodies and oversees the Group’s corporate communications, compliance, and sustainability strategy. She serves on a foundation board and a board of directors.
