Diane de Saint Victor

Diane de Saint Victor is an experienced lawyer and was General Counsel and member of the Group Executive Committee at ABB Ltd until 2020. Her areas of expertise include corporate governance, international commercial law, compliance, and strategic corporate management.

She currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of several global companies, including Transocean, Natixis, C&A, and WNS. In these roles, she brings her extensive experience in complex legal and regulatory issues, particularly in the international corporate environment.

In addition to her board work, she is involved in global professional networks such as the International Bar Association and Women Corporate Directors and is committed to promoting strong corporate governance structures.
