Prof. Dr. Jean-Luc Chenaux

Jean-Luc Chenaux a senior partner at Kellerhals Carrard and professor of business law at the University of Lausanne. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, shareholder rights, board and audit liability, M&A, private equity, corporate finance, commercial litigation and arbitration.

He is a contributor to the Enterprise for Society (E4S) centre, where he deals with issues of sustainable corporate governance and regulations in the field of sustainable finance. In addition to his academic work, he advises companies on complex corporate and commercial law matters at national and international level.
