Sandra Borner

Sandra Borner is Head of Corporate Secretariat and Sustainability at Pax Insurance. As a lecturer at the Swiss Board School, she shares hands-on expertise on current governance challenges, and the evolving role of boards in sustainable corporate leadership.

Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Basel and has completed further executive education in corporate governance and sustainability.
