Stephan Bergamin

Stephan Bergamin supports companies as a trusted advisor in the areas of transformation, growth/M&A and complex financing/IPO. Stephan is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies. He is Chair of the Finance & Audit Board Chapter of the Swiss Institute of Directors.

Stephan was Group CFO of VAT, Gearbulk, Goldbach and Steiner. He holds a degree and doctorate from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School. Stephan is the author of books such as ‘Agile Finance Transformation’, ‘Globalization & Digitalization’ and ‘M&A and Integration Management’.
