Global Climate Governance Initiative (CGI)

The Climate Governance Initiative (CGI) is a collaborative effort aimed at addressing the urgent challenges of climate change through improved governance practices. The initiative brings together various stakeholders, including governments, businesses, civil society organizations, and academia, to foster dialogue, share best practices, and promote effective climate governance. The CGI focuses on enhancing transparency, accountability, and decision-making processes to drive climate action. By encouraging the integration of climate considerations into corporate strategies and public policies, the initiative seeks to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon and sustainable future. Through its collaborative efforts, the CGI aims to mobilize collective action and drive systemic change in climate governance on a global scale.

CGI is a Network Partner of Chapter Zero Switzerland which is hosted by the Board Foundation.
