The Board Masterclass on Venture Governance offers board members and senior leaders a concise, practice-oriented introduction to governing startups, scale-ups, and corporate venture activities. It focuses on the specific governance challenges of high-growth environments, where innovation, speed, and risk-taking must be balanced with oversight, accountability, and sustainable value creation.
