Das 2003 gegründete International Center for Corporate Governance (ICCG) ist ein globales Netzwerk von mehr als 100 regionalen, sektoralen und funktionalen Governance Fellows, die interdisziplinäre Praxis- und Forschungsprojekte zur Corporate Governance durchführen. Das ICCG widmet sich der Durchführung eingehender Untersuchungen und Analysen zu verschiedenen Aspekten der Corporate Governance.
Das ICCG veröffentlicht Bücher, Reports und Artikel, die zum Wissensstand auf dem Gebiet der Corporate Governance beitragen, und organisiert Konferenzen, Seminare und Workshops, um den Wissensaustausch und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachleuten aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft zu fördern.
Das ICCG dient als Drehscheibe für interdisziplinäre Forschung und bringt Experten aus verschiedenen Bereichen wie Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Recht und Management zusammen. Dieser interdisziplinäre Ansatz ermöglicht ein umfassendes Verständnis der Unternehmensführung und fördert innovative Lösungen für die aktuellen Herausforderungen der Unternehmensführung.
